ABOUT NICOLE
Hi, I’m Nicole. I created this practice because, after years as a family law litigator, I became convinced that resolving a divorce could actually be much simpler and less painful than couples had been led to believe.
I graduated from UCLA School of Law in 2020 and hold a B.S. in Business Management from the Sy Syms School of Business at Yeshiva University.
During law school, I served as a Pritzker Fellow and later as Minor’s Counsel at the Children’s Law Center, representing foster youth in dependency proceedings. That experience gave me a deep appreciation for how family conflict can affect children, and reinforced the importance of creating stable, child-centered solutions during times of transition.
After law school, I spent three years as a litigation associate at a family law firm representing clients in a wide variety of divorce cases. I later spent three years in Business Affairs at Disney, negotiating television and media agreements and helping parties reach practical resolutions to complex issues.
My time in family law ultimately shaped the philosophy behind this practice. I saw many couples begin the divorce process wanting to be fair and cooperative, only to find themselves pulled into a system that often increased conflict, cost, and emotional strain. While litigation is sometimes necessary, I came to believe that many families are better served by a process focused on communication, problem-solving, and resolution rather than opposition, and that for many couples, hiring a litigation firm should be a last resort, not the first step.
Today, I help California couples navigate divorce efficiently, and with as little unnecessary conflict as possible.
I live in Los Angeles with my husband and two young sons. When I'm not working, you'll usually find me spending time with family, tending to my garden, or tackling a new home improvement project.
